SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aminothiophene carboxylic acid amides of the formula (I) where R¹,R² each means independently each of other H, A being one of residue R¹ or R² in all cases has a value differing from H; R¹ and R² in common mean also alkylene with 3-5 C-atoms; R³ and R⁴ each means independently each of other H or C₁-C₄-alkoxy-group; R³ and R⁴ in common mean also -O-CH₂-O- or -O-CH₂-CH₂-O-; A means alkyl with 1-6 C-atoms; R⁵ means - X-Y; X means CO; Y means phenyl or cyclohexyl, unsubstituted, monosubstituted COOH or COOA; n = 1, 2 or 3, and also their physiologically acceptable salts. Compounds show inhibitory effect on activity of phosphodiesterase-V and can be used for treatment of diseases of cardiovascular system and for therapy of potency disorders.
