FIELD: coal tar-chemical industry, namely processes for removing excess graphite deposits out of stand pipes, charging hatches, walls and crowns of coke chambers. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of removing excess deposits of graphite from stand pipes and coke chambers by supercharging air and vapor and exhaust of reaction products through ejectors mounted on saddles of stand pipes and charging hatches; feeding vapor to ejectors by rubber hoses. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of method for removing graphite out of stand pipes and coke chambers. 2 dwg
