FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed is an additive to alcoholic beverages which reduced level of alcohol withdrawal syndrome. The additive is a betulin in the form of dry extract which is introduced in amount of 0.1-0.4 g per one dal of beverage in alcoholic beverages. EFFECT: broadened assortment of additives with reducing level of alcohol withdrawal syndrome; improved organoleptical properties.
