FIELD: treatment of fine-grained ore in fluidized state. SUBSTANCE: fluidized layer of reactor is divided in many sections by means of separating plates. Connecting passage for motion of raw material at average velocity of 500 mm/s or lower from section of nearest side (in way of motion) to section of far side (in way of motion) is made in lower portion of separating plate. Reactor ensures the following conditions: connecting passage is located vertically at height equal to 1/4 height of fluidized bed or lesser. Length of connecting passage is equal to 100 mm or more. When gas is injected through nozzle vertically, distance between inlet of connecting passage and end surface of nozzle from nearest side is more than 150 mm and distance between outlet of connecting passage and end surface of nozzle from far side is more than 50 mm. When gas is injected through nozzle in horizontal direction or at down inclination, distance between inlet of connecting passage and surface of nozzle from nearest side is more than 200 mm and distance between outlet of connecting passage and end surface of nozzle from far side is more than 100 mm. Diameter of connecting passage gradually decreases from nearest side towards far side.
