FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve designed to control velocity of fine - grain ore flow directed from upper part of pipe mains into its lower part. Proposed control valve contains pipe to let in fine-grain ore whose lower end is cut at preset angle, and turnable plate. Plate is installed for turning to control velocity of fine-grain ore flow by regulating size of hole between turnable plate and lower end of pipe to let in fine-grain ore. Lower end of said pipe is installed so that is central axis is tilted at angle exceeding angle of repose of fine-grain ore. When turnable plate is in contact with lower end of pope to let in fine-grain ore, it forms acute angle with central axis of said pipe. Turnable plate is held on its upper end so that support part of plate is located higher than lower end face hole of pipe to let in fine-grain ore. Edge plate of preset height is installed at three sides, except for free face surface of turnable plate which closes lower end of pipe for fine-grain ore. Invention makes it possible to make cheep control valve which provides stable control of flow of finegrain ore. EFFECT: improved control of ore flow. 2 cl, 9 dwg
