FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking blood samples from peripheral vein, separating lymphocytes, determining expression of superficial molecules of the main histocompatibility complex by means of indirect immune fluorescence reaction. The result being lower by 50% or more than expression level of these molecules in clinically healthy patient lymphocytes, immunosuppression is judged to be the case. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of results.
