FIELD: plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves dipping flower stems into vessel with water or nutrient solution, vessel being provided with hermetically sealing cover and pressure regulating system; holding flowers under pressure of up to 100 mm of mercury column for 3-15 min with following leveling to atmospheric pressure. Method allows air plugs in stem to be eliminated and, accordingly, time of keeping flowers in fresh state to be increased. EFFECT: simplified method and prolonged storage time.
