FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flower growing and may be used to preserve flowers' freshness. The method includes placement of flower stems into a reservoir with a nutrient solution. The nutrient solution with flowers placed into them is processed with an electrohydraulic effect with energy of discharge of 4-10 J and a pulse repetition rate of 5-15 Hz.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase time of storage of cut flowers in fresh form.
