FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: aromatic alcohol of barley malt, 1.8-2.2 l; raisin infusion of Ist decantation, 2-2.3 l; aromatic alcohol of balsam "Idnakar", 0.01-0.03 l; sugar, 14.5-15.5 kg; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Proposed invention allows to prepare vodka enriched by complex of biologically active and aromatic ingredients due to combined using of aromatic alcohols of balsam "Idnakar" and malt, and also due to raisin infusion.
