FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic solution in order to prepare vodka with 40-% strength from ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water. Prepared solution is thoroughly mixed, and passed through carbon-cleaning battery with speed of filtration up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon, and up to 30 dal/h, for regenerated one. Prepared vodka is directed to finishing tank, and there introduced are infusions of dog rose petals and lime-tree blossom. Content of finishing tank is mixed, corrected, if necessary, and directed for bottling with obligatory control filtration. Prepared vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of dog rose petals of the Ist decantation, 1.8-2.2; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of lime-tree blossom of the Ist decantation, 1-2; and also, kg: sugar, 14-16; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and corrected potable water, the balance up to 40-% strength. The vodka has a slight tint of rosemary in aftertaste. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas enriched with complex of biologically active substances such as ether oils of lime-tree blossom and dog rose petals; reduced labor intensity and cost price. 3 ex
