FIELD: alcoholic drinks. SUBSTANCE: using single digestion, first-discharge water-alcoholic infusion of chicory root is obtained, which, after filtration, is divided into two equal doses. One dose is added in the course of mixing rectified ethyl alcohol called "Extra" with drinking water, after which 65.8% sugar syrup is added and resulting mixture is purified on carbon-refinement battery at flow rate up to 40 dal/h per fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h per regenerated carbon. The thus obtained vodka is placed in finishing tub, into which are then simultaneously added remaining dose of the first-discharge water-alcoholic infusion of chicory root and natural honey preliminarily dissolved in corrected water, heated to reflux, filtered in hot state, and cooled. Contents of finishing tub are stirred, corrected (if necessary) strength, subjected to control filtration, and bottled. EFFECT: increased biological and nutritive activity. 1 tbl, 3 ex
