SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components, l per 1000 dal: raisin an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 0.6-0.8; 6% apple vinegar, 0.3-0.4; 65.8% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0, and aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Invention provides improving organoleptic properties of vodka by conferring light tint of citrus fruits to its aroma.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
