FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, devices for ground stabilization. SUBSTANCE: device has body accommodating electromagnetic coil in which circuit connected in series are capacitor and switch, pusher in the form of steel disc and working cylinder which is a body component. Working cylinder accommodates cutters installed for their extension out of cavity of working cylinder. Working cylinder cavity contains polyethylene cartridge with stabilizing addition and cover. Cartridge accommodates steel arrow-like rod whose end is rigidly secured in cartridge bottom and in the middle part with the help of polyethylene braces. EFFECT: higher reliability of device due to elimination of potentially unreliable units of device, and reduction of its weight and size characteristics. 1 dwg
