D.C. to A.C. voltage converter has key element, two series networks each composed of thyristor and capacitor with load circuit placed between their connection points. Converter provides for re-charge of capacitors through choke and load when thyristors are cut out and for prevention of backward oscillatory re-charge through power supply source.
