FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: transmission has coaxial driving shaft 1 and driven shaft 2, inertia brake and differential. Bevel central wheels 8 and 9 of differential are secured, respectively, on driving shaft 1 and driven shaft 2. Differential carrier 4 is secured on hollow shaft 3 installed coaxially with driven shaft 2. Carrier 10 of inertia brake is secured on other end of hollow shaft. inertia brake is made in form of radial axes with planet pinions 12 is meshing with bevel fixed support wheel 13 and with additional planet pinions 16 engaging with movable support wheel 15. All planet pinions 6, 7, 12 and 16 are rigidly connected with coaxial inertia flyweights 11 in form of flywheels and/or massive rims of planet pinions. Transmission and conversion of rotary motion and torque is provided by counteraction to rotation of carrier 4D which is provided when all planet pinions and inertia flyweights rotate simultaneously around line of axis of transmission and lines of radial axes of carriers 4 and 10 which is equivalent to their rotation relative to central points of intersection of these axes. EFFECT: provision of stepless conversion of torque at high efficiency at any modes of operation. 8 cl, 2 dwg
