FIELD: equipment for cooling industrial and animal farming houses and stores. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has buried vertical pipes of different diameter set in axially aligned relationship. Lower edges of pipes are in spaced relation one with respect to another. Openings are formed in pipe cylindrical surfaces. Immersed pump is located in lower part of larger diameter pipe. Lower end of large diameter pipe and annular gap between lower edge of small diameter pipe and large diameter pipe are made closed. Small diameter pipe is connected with inlet branch pipe of heat-exchanger through slide valve and with cold water supply valve. Outlet branch pipe of heat-exchanger is connected through slide valves to warm water reservoir installed in farm and to outer pipe of large diameter. Reservoir is equipped with fan and spraying nozzles, which are arranged in its upper part, and is placed in open air. Spraying nozzles are connected through slide valves with buried pipe of small diameter and outlet branch pipe of heat-exchanger, respectively. Lower part of reservoir is connected via pipe through pump and slide valves with heat-exchanger inlet branch pipe and through pipe to upper part of larger diameter pipe. Inlet opening of pipe extending from upper part of large diameter pipe is arranged higher than inlet opening of pipe extending from pump.
