FIELD: equipment for cooling agricultural products. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heat-exchanger and cold-carrier cooler positioned in open air. Feeding chamber formed as vessel is positioned in lower part of cold-carrier cooler, on its outer surface. Discharge pipeline is connected to feeding chamber. Pipeline is connected via valves to heat-exchanger and farm water-discharge system in zone downstream of pump. Pouring pipe is positioned above feeding chamber. Supply pipeline is connected via valve to farm water supplying system. Apparatus may be used, for example, for cooling milk. EFFECT: reduced metal usage, increased refrigerating capacity at temperatures of ambient air approximating zero and increased effective operation time per year cycle. 1 dwg
