MILK COOLING APPARATUS FOR ANIMAL FARM Russian patent published in 1996 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has natural cold receiver made in the form of reservoir positioned in open air. Natural cold receiver is connected via drainage pipe with lower part of outer right section of cooled cold-carrier accumulator, which is made in the form of heat-insulated reservoir and positioned at the level below natural cold receiver in milk handling block of animal farm. Two temperature sensors are secured in left upper and right lower parts of cooled cold-carrier accumulator. Lower part of outer right section of accumulator is connected via cooled cold-carrier supply pipeline through first controlled valve with second controlled valve and with third valve, which is connected via pump with second controlled valve, which, in its turn, is connected with heat-exchanger, third controlled valve and via fourth controlled valve with artificial cold source. Heat-exchanger is connected via warmed cold-carrier discharge pipeline through fifth controlled valve with upper part of outer left accumulator section, natural cold receiver and artificial cold source. Cold-carrier may be supplied into lower part of outer right accumulator section via first controlled valve. EFFECT: increased efficiency in cooling milk and simplified construction. 1 dwg
