FIELD: computer-aided systems for assessing vehicles and traffic control. SUBSTANCE: system has personal computer coupled with vehicle data storage server, at least one or three electronic labels attached to vehicle; vehicle-mounted manual or stationary reader coupled with personal computer and used for reading out information entered in electronic labels. Entered in electronic label located near license plate is information on vehicle model, color, engine power, vehicle certificate number, vehicle registration and license number, and last date, vehicle has passed servicing procedures. Electronic label on windshield bears information on vehicle model, its identification number, information about vehicle owner, data on goods conveyed, sending and destination points, vehicle license number, vehicle certificate number, and service station number. Electronic label placed in space under engine hood or directly on engine bears data on numbers of engine, chassis plate and body, engine power, and date of vehicle manufacture. Proposed system provides for searching high-jacked vehicles, protecting serial numbers from authentication and license numbers from replacement, automatically checking goods for safety, delimiting parking- place access, checking for passing service procedures, instantly retrieving full information about vehicle owner in case of road accident, and evaluating mobilization resources of transport system in case of emergency situations or warfare.
