FIELD: traffic control and transport safety.

SUBSTANCE: system consists of information operator communications point and information receiving and transmitting device installed on the vehicle. The information is transmitted through cellular communication. The information is on location of the vehicle and unauthorised access to the vehicle with identification of each vehicle, determination of its location and possibility of establishing a two way voice connection. The receiving and transmission device consists of speaking unit with a telephone and microphone, receiver and transmitter, four buttons for emergency calls and an SMS message transmitter-receiver. The first one of them is programmed for automatic dialling the number of the information operator communications point, while the second is programmed for calling the rescue service with automatic transmission of earlier SMS message. The fourth remote button is designed for putting the device into security-standby mode with automatic dialling of the telephone number in case of unauthorised access to the device or place of installation of the device. In case of an impact, the vehicle is equipped with automatically triggered panic buttons and/or the vehicle has a device which is equipped with a panic button, which is triggered during an impact. The panic buttons are connected to the information receiving and transmission device and they are programmed for automatic dialling of the number of the information operator communications point, with provision of transmission of earlier SMS messages about the road accident. After connection with the information operator communications point and transmission of the SMS message, there is automatic connection of the telephone and microphone of the speaking unit. The information operator communications point can locate the vehicle on an electronic map, which would have transmitted the voice or SMS message. The receiving and transmission device has an extra connection to the informational support service through cellular communication.

EFFECT: simplification of the control system for road traffic with increased vehicle safety, due to ambulance service in case of a road accident and the improved information support for the traffic.
