FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed device for mounting electronic label on important part of rolling stock has bolt to be turned into important part, spring washer and plain washer placed on cylindrical body of bolt, housing made in form of cup with through hole in its bottom and ring groove on inner side surface. With bolt being turned into part, spring washer thrusts against surface of important part, and plain washer interacting with it thrust at one side against bottom of cup and at other side, with rear surface of bolt head which is arranged inside cup together with plain washer. Housing of electronic label is fixed inside cup by means of spring ring secured on side surface of electronic label housing and fitted in ring groove of inner side surface of cup. System comprises floor-mounted devices to read out information from labels and to transmit it to computers coupled with information computer centers. Invention provides on-line control of safety of rolling stock important parts, improves stock taking and checking of their service qualities for taking decisions on their timely replacement.
