FIELD: spectral gas-discharge light sources for nuclear absorption analysis. SUBSTANCE: lamp has bulb with uviol glass window for radiation exit transparent in ultraviolet part of spectrum that accommodates anode, hollow cathode placed in insulating tube that has hole coaxial with side hole on hollow cathode. Lamp is provided with additional anode placed near side hole of hollow cathode that divides cathode into two parts one part being continuation of the other; they have similar internal discharge surfaces and both are, essentially, hollow cathodes operating from two anodes. EFFECT: enhanced radiation intensity of resonant lines. 2 cl, 1 dwg
