FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out tibia osteotomy in upper one third. The crus is brought into varus position with diastasis created between the bone fragments over the external surface. Corticotomy of the upper one third of the fibula is carried out over the internal surface. Rest formation is built near the fibula neck and the distal portion of the crus is brought into valgus position to make osteoclasis at the corticotomy place. EFFECT: accelerated fibula consolidation; repaired crus form and vertical axis. 2 dwg
