FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has dielectric sublayer with applicators mounted thereon. The applicators are manufactured from current- conducting material. Crystal member is polyhedron with the number of facets from 6 to 24. The polyhedron is composed of two rectilineal pyramids having common base and an apex of one of them placed in the center of one of sublayer surfaces and the vertical axis being directed in perpendicular to it. Additional applicators manufactured from current-conducting material are available. The applicators are gilded and shaped as rectilineal multi-beam stars with the number of beams from 5 to 12 which sizes are greater than 50 mm and uniformly spaced over the whole surface of the corresponding sides of the sublayer and insulated from each other.
