FIELD: laminated alumino-polymer materials for manufacture or repair of load-bearing members for aircraft airframe: skins, partitions, fuselage and wing stringers, floor panels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed laminated composite material consists of alternating aluminum sheets and glass-reinforced of plastic sheets with thermosetting binder and reinforcing filler. Aluminum sheets have at least two layers: one layer is made from high-modulus Al-Li alloy at content of Li more than 1.5% and other layer is made from Al-Mg-Si alloy at ratio of layer thicknesses of (70-12) : 1. Layer made from Al-Mg-Si alloy is outer layer, its ultimate strength is no less than 260 Mpa, yield point no less than 220 Mpa, elongation no less than 10% and stationary electrochemical potential is lesser than negative stationary potential of Al-Li alloy by no less than 20 mV.
EFFECT: increased technological ductility and corrosion resistance.
