FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of layered aluminum-polymer composite materials. Proposed is the layered metal-glass-plastic containing at least one fiberglass layer on the basis of a thermosetting adhesive binder with a reinforcing filler of glass fibers and alternating Al-Li alloy sheets, at that, the Al-Li alloy sheets have a thickness of 0.25–0.35 mm, the fiberglass layer is made of at least three layers of adhesive prepreg in such a way that the adhesive prepreg adjacent layers glass fibers are oriented perpendicularly relative to each other, wherein the adhesive prepreg alloy layer glass fibers in contact with the Al-Li sheets are oriented along the alloy corresponding Al-Li sheets rolled products, and the fiberglass layer volumetric content in metal glass plastic is 40–50 vol. %. Also proposed is a product made of this laminated metal glass plastic.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining of the flame retardant laminated metal-plastic with improved flame retardant characteristics.
