SUBSTANCE: erbium with chemical formula CaaY1-x-yYbxEry(BO3)3O, where x>0,001, y>0,001, x+y≤0,57, is additionally introduced as an activator in the single-crystal laser material based on oxyorthoborate of calcium-yttrium with ytterbium.
