SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crystals intended for use in solid-state lasers, namely in CPA-lasers (chirp pulse amplification lasers) – short-pulse lasers with high peak power. Crystalline material based on fluorite-like systems for CPA-lasers consists of fluorite-type isostructural analogues, in which as isostructural analogues of fluorite type there are used substances selected from group CaF2, YF3, YbF3 and NdF3.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of laser system and reduced probability of occurrence of "thermal lens".
