SUBSTANCE: proposed accumulating nozzle of diesel engine consists of body, fuel feed channels and under-needle space. Two spaces made in nozzle body which accommodate spring-loaded pistons. Inlet of first space communicates with high- pressure line through safety valve, and outlet communicates with inlet of second space through check valve. Outlet of second space communicates with under-needle space through safety valve and groove on needle-spool. Groove of needle-spool is connected with high-pressure line through fuel feed channel. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of fuel devices and engine as a whole owing to optimum utilization of energy of fuel stored in nozzle accumulator for one working cycle. 1 dwg
