FIELD: mechanical engineering; compression ignition engines. SUBSTANCE: spray tip has spring, adjusting screw and differential valve with locking conical surface. Spray tip body has compensation space with locking conical surface for differential valve made in parallel with axis of locking needle and communicating with fuel feed channel. Locking needle has ring groove connected by channel with compensation space of differential valve which is placed in compensation space and is held in lower position by spring whose rigidity provides opening of valve at fuel pressure exceeding lifting pressure of nozzle locking needle which provides possibility of determining the moment of intermediate lowering of locking needle and its lifting during one stroke of plunger of fuel injection pump depending on engine operating conditions. EFFECT: increased efficiency of working process at fuel injection by colliding jet method. 2 dwg
