FIELD: damping high-frequency waves. SUBSTANCE: proposed damper includes low-frequency damping member made in form of envelope and high-frequency damping member made in form of wave acoustic transformers. Envelope is toroidal in shape and is made from the same material as pipe line; it is provided with branch pipe divided by strip into intake and discharge parts; guides with pipes made from non-magnetic material are rigidly secured to intake and discharge parts on side of lateral surfaces of branch pipe; pipes seal-up guides from inner of branch pipe. Wave acoustic transformers made in form of rods are positioned inside stators of electric motors on insulators in opposition relative to branch pipe for motion along guides; rods are made from iron-carbon alloy; connected to their free butts through capacitive couplings are power cables of stator windings of electric motor stators.
