FIELD: removal of sludge and dissolved salts from steam-and-water cycle of boiler plants; steam generators. SUBSTANCE: evaporation unit includes external cyclone, flash box, pipe lines, heat exchanger located inside boiler and made in form of two concentric pipes. Inner pipe of heat exchanger is connected in its upper portion with blow-down water receiver by means of pipes and pump; in its lower portion it is connected with interior of outer pipe whose upper portion is connected via flash box with blow-down water receiver.
