FIELD: utilization of water-, oil- and scale-containing wastes of metallurgical and mechanical processes by heat treatment. SUBSTANCE: method consists in selecting wastes, loading them in reactor, heating them in this reactor and separating wastes into components by sublimation at separation of oil and water. Heating and separating wastes are performed in inclined reactor having fixed cylindrical housing equipment with revolving bladed rotor; blades of this rotor are mounted at spaced relation to walls of reactor housing. Heating is effected in pouring layer by high-velocity vortex flow of heat-transfer agent which is fed to reactor tangentially towards motion of revolving rotor; vortex flow is pressed to walls of reactor housing. EFFECT: intensification of removal of oil from wastes at high degree of cleaning; reduced power requirements and contamination of environment; enhanced safety of process. 1 dwg
