SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of material and coolant to charging section of reactor+ADs- their tangential inlet through converging nozzle, and transfer while revolving in coolant flow over reactor length+ADs- additional supply of coolant in the form of reactor exhaust gases into reactor unidirectionally with coolant flow at certain distance from charging section of reactor vessel amounting to at least its two inner diameters. Device implementing this method has tilted reactor with fixed cylindrical vessel accommodating lengthwise mounted bladed revolving rotor+ADs- charging section of reactor case accommodates material and coolant feed pipes+ADs- coolant feed pipe is, essentially, converging nozzle one of whose generating lines is disposed tangentially to reactor circumference+ADs- material feed pipe communicates with coolant feed pipe at point of nozzle entrance in reactor vessel+ADs- reactor is provided with additional identically made and mounted coolant feed pipe made according to this method.
