FIELD: the invention may be used at preparation of raw materials in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, building, chemical, other fields of industry and also in agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: the heat carrier necessary for execution drying is fed simultaneously in the loading and the unloading ends of the reactor. The flow of the heat carrier put into the loading end of the reactor, executing rotating movement, simultaneously displaces together with the material in one direction along the longitudinal axis of the reactor and drying of the material goes on the direct flow scheme. The flow of the heat carrier fed in the unloading end moves in the axis direction towards the movement of the material and is processed on the backward flow scheme. Moreover the rotation of the flows of the heat carrier is organized in one direction. For drying material on the direct flow-backward flow scheme of heat exchanging, organization of the oncoming movement of the twisted flows of the heat carrier the discharge of the worked out heat carrier is executed between inlets of the heat carrier. The place for location in the reactor of the discharged worked out heat carrier (smoke gases) is chosen depending of the characteristics of the initial material-its humidity, viscosity, dust depending of content of moisture.
EFFECT: provides intensification of the drying process of free flowing materials and reduction of dust in the reactor.
