FIELD: medicinal biotechnology, veterinary immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the separated immunization of rabbits with supernatant liquid of dense suspension of 30-33 billion bacterial cells/ml of 2-3-days cultures of rod-like and coccus forms of Helicobacter pylori obtained after their heating and centrifugation and the following preparing blood sera from immunized animals and sensitization with prepared sera of Staphylococcus aureus Cowan 1 cells. For sensitization 5 sera, not less, are used showing different antibody spectrum to Helicobacter pylori antigens. Method provides preparing diagnostics for rapid detection of Helicobacter pylori in analyzed material directly.
