FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary microbiology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing sera at rabbit immunization with campylobacter cultures killed with acetone and heating in order to destruct thermolabile antigens. Campylobacters were selected from the most occurring serotypes in pathology and showing maximal set of thermostable antigens. Sera obtained from different animals were mixed, sensibilized with cells Staphylococcus aureus Cowani, washed off, resuspended and preserved.
