FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to gastroenterology, and concerns a method of determination probability of becoming infected with Helicobacter pylori. The way consists in revealing of antigen-marker Helicobacter pylori in biological substrates, such as coprofiltrate, saliva, blood serum, coagglutination reaction (CAR), in definition of an index of probability of becoming infected (IPI Hp) under the formula, and at IPI Hp value from 1 to 9%, probability of becoming infected is determined as doubtful, from 10 to 19% - low, from 20 to 39% - average, from 40 to 100% high.
EFFECT: forecasting of disease of the top departments of a gastroenteric tract; scientific researches in area of chronobiology, chronomedicine and heliobiology.
