FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to one version of the invention extruder includes installed in the body auger and extrusion head with product output channel from extruder. The extruder is supplied with product output channel in the extrusion head between input and output holes, from extruder by shaft which has crosscut through channel in, connected when rotating the shaft for product output from extruder. The shaft is installed perpendicular to the auger axle and has controlled drive based on the gearmotor with frequency converter. According to second version of the invention extruder includes installed in the body auger and extrusion head with product output channel from extruder. The shaft is placed perpendicular to the auger axles in the extrusion head between input and output holes of the channels for product output. There crosscut through channels are installed angularly to each other and are connected when rotating the product output channels from extruder. The shaft has controllable drive based in the gearmotor frequency converter.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides through extruder channel blocking possibility decrease.
