FIELD: medicine, spinal prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: implant suggested includes a hollow body with coaxial openings at anterior and posterior surfaces and fixation elements at the upper and lower surfaces being adjacent to locking plates of vertebral bodies. Fixation elements are designed as a comb with transverse triangular teeth. The shape of the surface enveloping the edges of these teeth corresponds to that of interfacing locking plates of vertebral bodies. At the upper and lower surfaces the longitudinal symmetric grooves are made for the guides of the device to install the implant and develop the area of fibrosis. Implant provides higher stability of fixation in a segment along with decreased traumaticity level. EFFECT: higher efficiency of spinal prosthetics. 3 cl, 4 dwg
