SUBSTANCE: inventions can be applied to implantation of a disk prosthesis, mainly of lumbar spine, in intervertebral space. Before a distraction of vertebra into a body at least of one vertebra fixation device is put, secured with the device for implantation of intervertebral disk prosthesis and after a distraction the combined reposition of a vertebra from an intervertebral interval is carried out. For the method realisation it is used the device for implantation of intervertebral disk prosthesis. This device contains two rocking-bridged branches, jointed through the iterative rocking-lever mechanism with arms on which ends working jaws with fixatives and the adjustable compressing mechanism on branch handles and the adjustable moving mechanism are executed. The last includes the handle located on a lath and wormed bridged to arm, having a longitudinal hole in which there pass hinges on which this lath is installed. In arms the symmetric dimples are executed that forming a cavity for prosthesis in which on its axis the guideline is located. One end of the guideline is located between working jaws, and another one is affixed to the central link of the iterative rocking-lever mechanism. The device in addition is supplied, at least by one fixation device containing the screw for a body of a vertebra with the fixation head, fixed through a hinge to a clamping device installed on an arm. The invention provides reposition realisation in a front-back direction at shift size of interfacing vertebra more than 10-15 mm and prevention of edges and arch laminaes of interfacing vertebra damaging.
