FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology, rubber production. SUBSTANCE: method involves isoprene polymerization in medium of hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of catalyst and the following deactivation and stabilization of polymerizate with phenolamine resin synthesized by condensation of alkylphenol with hexamethylene- -tetramine and N-isopropyl-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine being simultaneously with addition of stabilizing agent to polymerizate water is added also in amount 20-40 wt.% of its amount used in the process. Then a mixture is stirred up to the formation of stable emulsion and remaining part of water is added. Method provides excluding the regeneration stage of methanol from washing out water. Invention can be used in industry of synthetic rubber in production, in part, in production of cis-1,4-polyisoprene. EFFECT: simplified technology of process, improved ecological indices, decreased energy consumption. 1 tbl
