FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: subject of invention is manufacture of cyclopolyisoprene by partially destructive cyclization of polyisoprene, in particular natural-origin or synthetic isoprene rubber. Cyclized polyisoprene is obtained by cyclization of polyisoprene in organic solvent catalyzed by titanium tetrachloride at 50-150 C until desired degree of cyclization is attained followed by treating reaction mixture with propylene oxide and alkylphenolamine resin using titanium tetrachloride/propylene oxide molar ratio from 1:3 to 1:10. As alkylphenolamine resin, Oktofor N or antioxidant AFA-1 are used at resin-to-propylene oxide weight ratio from 1:5 to 5:1.
