FIELD: manufacture of frost-resistant polyurethane composition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following components, mass-%: polyurethane prepolymer on base of 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate and poly-tetramethylene oxide diol at molecular mass of 1000 (100), hardening agent - 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane, (5-7); involatile solvent-hardening agent containing plasticizing agent 2,6- diethylhexyl sebacate, (39-41); polytetramethylene oxide diol at molecular mass of 1000, (20-24) and polyoxy propylene diol at molecular mass of 1050, (22-27). Proposed composition has modulus (nominal stress at 100-% deformation) not exceeding 1.6 Mpa at room temperature and not exceeding 3.0 Mpa at temperature of minus 50°C at tensile strength no less than 15 Mpa within temperature range of from 20 to minus 50°C and parting strength no less than 30 kN/m at temperature of 20°C.
