Abstract RU 2186900 C2

FIELD: construction of motor-road bridges and their structures. SUBSTANCE: functional joint of reinforced concrete framework of bridge includes reinforced concrete plates with metal edging of two channels resting with bases against reinforced concrete plates via layers of water proofing laid beforehand. Outer sides of flanges of channels facing functional joint are laid flush with edges of reinforced concrete plates and their upper ends are level with plane of pavement. Coaxial holes are made in bases of channels, water proofing, elastic compensator and reinforced concrete plates. Process of installation of functional joint of reinforced concrete framework of bridge provides for final laying of pavement and its dismantling over section of functional joint, making of coaxial holes for anchoring studs in reinforced concrete plates, water proofing, elastic compensator and metal edging of two channels, putting of anchoring studs into blind holes in reinforced concrete plates for attachment of channels with the use of polymer cement. Then leveling layer of polymer cement and elastic compensator with preliminary rendering of its both sides with exception of zone located in functional joint with epoxy resin are laid. Channels of metal edging are placed flush with edges of reinforced concrete plates and upper ends of flanges of channels are set level with pavement, channels are fixed by means of studs and nuts, special cord is laid over elastic compensator and space above it and in butt clearances between channels and pavement is filled up with bituminous-rubber cement. Internal spaces of channels are filled with polymer concrete level with pavement. EFFECT: simple, reliable and maintainable functional joint and process of its installation. 13 cl, 1 dwg
