FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of expansion joints used mainly in bridge construction. Expansion seam of road-bridge includes transition zones, transition plate fixed on span plate, and overlap plate arranged on sliding surface of slab, fixed to transition plate with adapter plate and sliding plate overlap compensator, in which support elements are installed, interacting with sliding surface of slab plate. Support elements of the compensator are column-shaped, arranged in an elastic mastic and provided with limiters of their movement relative to each other, and on sliding covering plate, in its lower part damping plates are fixed, interacting with sliding surface of slab of support and span plate. Support elements can be arranged in rows, wherein gap between them in each row, as well as between them in two adjacent rows is made less width of vehicle tire spot. Support elements in cross section can be made in the form of a rhomb, the corners of which are located along and across the longitudinal axis of the expansion joint, or in the form of chevrons, the bisectors of the angles of which are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the strain seam, wherein in the adjacent rows the support elements are placed opposite. Each support element in its lower part can be made with a slot and is equipped with attached with it shaped movement limiter, which end is located in the slot of the neighbouring support element. Anchors are fastened respectively to adapter plate with slab and slab plate and damping plate with span plate 4. Sealant is placed in front of transition zones under road clothes. In order to better connect elastic mastic with support elements in support elements, pockets are made, in which at pouring of mastic, their filling is performed. Support elements, transition plate and slab are made from fibre concrete.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of noise emission of expansion joint with simultaneous increase of its operating durability.
