FIELD: food industry, in particular, automation of cleaning processes of spent heat-transfer agent from pulverized fragments of food products, applicable in devices for cleaning of spent gaseous atmospheres from pulverized products in other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: the method provides for measurement of consumption of spent heat-transfer agent, pressure differential in the dust separator. Measured are the angle of feed of the heat-transfer agent flow in the horizontal and vertical directions, concentration of pulverized fractions in the source and cleaned heat-transfer agents, mass of the obtained pulverized fraction, the speed of motion of heat-transfer agent is determined according to the difference of concentrations of pulverized fractions in the source and cleaned heat-transfer agents, and according to the current value of mass of the obtained pulverized fraction a double correction is accomplished: first by changing the centrifugal force by influence on the change of the angle of heat-transfer agent flow in the horizontal direction, and then by changing the time of stay of the heat-transfer agent in the dust separator by influence on the change of the angle of heat-transfer agent flow in the vertical direction. EFFECT: enhanced degree of heat-transfer agent cleaning due to control of centrifugal force acting on the particles in the dust separator, depending on the size of the caught particles and the time of stay of the heat-transfer agent flow in the dust separator. 1 dwg
