FIELD: medicine, biophysics, pathology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with measuring fluorescent parameters which show the quantity and degree of membrane proteins plunged in the lipids by using two samples of isolated erythrocytic membranes: prepared from native erythrocytes and erythrocytic mass after a 3-fold washing in 0.9% NaCl solution followed by calculating the coefficient for the power of protein-membrane bond according to altered fluorescence parameters in washed erythrocytes against native ones. The method provides relative easiness in usage, possibility for integral type-nonspecific evaluation of protein-membrane bond in their natural surrounding, higher sensitivity and informative value regarding mechanical impact upon membrane. It could be used in studying cellular membranes in case of different pathological processes. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 1 cl, 2 tbl
