SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with inspecting a patient, moreover, one should sample patient's venous blood preliminarily to isolate lymphocytes and incubate with solution of monoclonal antibodies to CD54 antigen, detect relative quantity of CD54+ lymphocytes with luminescent microscope and at the value of this parameter being 32% and higher one should predict more severe flow of psoriasis. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of prediction. 3 ex
