SUBSTANCE: the device has a sinusoidal current master oscillator, whose one lead is connected to a voltage meter via a blocking capacitor, and the other lead is connected to the battery, the voltage meter is a digital one and has a gate, null detector, counter, code-to-voltage converter and a clock-pulse oscillator, the main output of the sinusoidal current master oscillator is connected via the blocking capacitor to the input of the null detector, and the additional output- to the gate input, the output of the clock pulse oscillator-to the second input of the gate, the output of the null detector - to the third input of the gate and to the input of the capacitance indicator, the gate output - to the counter input, the output of the voltage meter counter is connected to the capacitance indicator and to the code input of the code-to-voltage converter, and the reference supply source is connected to the analog input of this converter, the converter output is connected to the second input of the null detector.

EFFECT: simplified device and enhanced its precision.
